What exactly do you want to get out of your supplements? It's never a good idea to simply say you want to take supps. It's the easiest way to throw money away- First thing you should ask yourself is- Am I getting the most out of my diet? Without the proper nutrition to reach whatever your goals might be, no amount of supps will really give you an edge- They're called supplements because they're meant to supplement an already productive nutrition plan. Supps will not make or break your progress- How and what you eat WILL. At that point, taking supps can give you an extra edge for improved results, but remember- You can never rely on them alone for even decent results. Having said all that, a good protein shake is considered a must have. Personally, I like Designer Whey- Taste, effectiveness, everything- But other people I've talked to don't like the taste. That sort of thing is a matter of opinion, so you might have to do some taste testing to find something you like.

hay .. so you would recommend supplements only to kinda make your nutrition perfect? yeah iv heard alot of good things about creatine and whey but as for the others its all false claims. think ill get me some protein shake this week .. my nutrition is ok it just falls short so im thinking the supplement will fill in that missing gap.

I have been wondering about the blitz cycle myself. I have found little info on it both on the web and at GNC. One thing that I wonder about is if you should go with a little liter weight to build a better pump as well as how well it would work with a cut up workout as in having many interuptions but still geting a lot done.
