Thanks!  I can't completely agree, cos in the summer I'd hoped to be 10 lbs heavier by now.  But October was a good month.  I'm a lot better at cutting than bulking.  Which is frustrating.  But I started all this to get lean and fit, not to get huge, so I guess I'm doing all right.

First day of HST.  I made some last-minute changes, which may not be a great idea, but I think it'll be good.  Changed a few movements, removed BB row, added light DLs (back's feelin good!).  Need to find 2-set 12 and 7 rep maxes for arm isolations.

God this weight is so light, I can't see how it's doing me any good.  Can't wait for week 3+.  15 rep deads are proving to be a little rougher than I'd expected though.  It's been a while.
