how important is not eating a few hours before going to bed at night? if it is important, how many hours should i not eat before going to bed?

It's best to eat every 3-4 hours even if it's just before bed. when you eat it keeps your metabolism up. Just make sure you're eating right and staying within your limits for loosing fat (don't go over your caloric needs, plan your meals wisely).

goals as of right now: lose 4 more pounds, ive already lost about 10 in the past month, i started off 173(12%bf) now im 163.
