sleep is when the body repairs
repairing of the body is how muscle is gained

therefore we can assume sleep is of utmost importance, and lets not forget, we're always stiffer after sleeping from a workout, a sign the muscles have repaired (soreness and stiffness isnt always needed, but it is a sign of muscle being repaired)
Thats right guys, sugars in fruits are bad, they are simple sugars which will make you FAT, I mean we all know monkeys eat mainly fruit and look! THEYRE VERY FAT!
Site will be up soon it didnt like me copying and pasting for some strange reason
