k i do flat skullcrushers , i just looked up that u can do them on an incline or decline. anyone do them on a incline or decline and get a good result? cuz i read one article that said decline was bad , then good , all in the same article , so im confused and looking to change my tricep routine , also read about doing them flat but do like a bench press rep then skull crush rep and keep it going for a set, anything?
