because i am skinny the worst part of me is my arms, from side on they dont look to bad now but from front and back near the elbow joint it looks so bad, also when holding my arms out 90 degree to my body and tensing they look really really thin, is there any way to make my arms fatter in this direction and notjust getting bigger outways?

Don't go down, cat's do you need a workout plan? You should be doing 9-10 total sets on each major muscle section (arms are considered two, and forearms don't count)

Well, looks good. Probably just need to throw in some variation! to keep growth going. If you are not gaining any weight, you are not eating enough. Gun Ryoquote:
You should be doing 9-10 total sets on each major muscle section That is NOT a good recommendation. Most people are not advanced to the point that that would benefit them. Also most people don't have adaquate rehab to recover from that type of volume. Really, volume should be based on many factors - not a one size fits all. Cats diet would not support that volume. He would overtrain and start to lose weight and muscle and gain fat.

He's going for mass, not strength, correct? You pack on 9-10 sets of 3-8 reps and you will have arms like cannons in 6 months. Also, your back day is like mine was in the beginning, I found that I liked doing deadlifts first, that way I could really pump up most weight on my back in the beginning of the workout. Also, if you can, this is my personal recommendation, but try to do 5 days a week, one bodypart, except of course, 2 on one day, I usually do triceps and shoulder on the day, maybe back and shoulders. Add more workouts to your biceps, you have 2 exercises listed, and for skinny arms you want to do 8 reps goal.

Well, he also said some people aren't ready. I personally do bicep, chest, back shoulder, triceps and legs all on different days. I see you have days mixed in, making me assume that you only work out 2-4 days a week, as I cant see the message ATM and I can't remember exactly what it was. But for me, I do 9 sets total on chest, about 13-16 sets for legs, 10 for biceps (exclduing forearms i do on same day), etc. I also have been working out for 1.5 years though, when I started I did about 7-10 sets also though. I guess it just depends on your pref, I load the weight on at first, get about 4-6 reps in, and then go down 5 or 10 till i can do 8-6 with 20 pounds off original weight. In the last month or two I have seen the best results in my weight uppening ever. I have gone up to 35's on each side of the EZ curl bar from 27.5, in about 2 months time. I got a plan that works for me, find one that works for you and you'll be good.

Height? I remember almost two years ago (right before I started lifting) I weighed in at 128 pounds. I have a stomach infection, it's cleared up 200% but still revisits sometimes to piss me off, but I have pills to keep me safe. I now weigh 170, so I imagine if you are in the 5'9/10 group you are DAMN skinny. I could give you my beginning routine if you have 5 days a week to lift, 5 months with proper eating and youd be hulk-a-maniac

A high volume workout on a low volume diet is very dangerous. Cat..I remember the diet you had and I know you are working to get more quality food! Have you had a week off in a while? Here, check this out. This might shake up your system. It is a full routine with week by week intensity variaitons and gives you a list of exercises and tells you what variations to use. It is well thought out! 3-Day Per Week Training I can vouch for this program..it is alot like the one I just did for 12 weekds. I gained quality inches everywhere. I am still gaining 1-2 pounds a week... on a 2-day split, 2-on 2-off. Next maybe a 3 day split 3-on 1 or 2 off?
