my uncle is giving me his ski machine(not sure if thats what its called, correct me if im wrong).is this machine any good for fat loss?i was planning to buy an exercise bike but since he offered me this machine im thinkin forget the bike.so should i go purchase a bike or just keep this one for now?
(i dnt have room for both machines)

i havent seen the machine but im guessing that it kinda looks like this the way he described it:

The machine doesn't matter as much as the work you put in on it. If you are hitting a good heart rate and keeping your intensity up then the cardio will be good for fat loss - regardless of the type of machine.
