im waitin on my order of size on and whey .. i got some superpump 250 left should i still take that b4 i work out then drink the size on durin work out then shake after work out....

superpump is before workout (IMO, best pre workout supp out there)  then you can either take sizeon before or after, and you want your protein immediatly after

Start sipping the size when you start lifting and have it gone by the time you finish then take yours Carbs + Protein
