You can gain muscle mass only if your training is decent, unless you are a newbie. It'd be great if you could post up your training regime here. For your question, it really depends. Your food throughout the day is more important than your whey protein intake IMO.

I have no idea what the food you are eating actually is.

Just buy a whey ''bulking'' supplement that's packed with calories.
Going to hit epistane soon.

It seems like your eating plenty of calories but I am also not aware of what some of these things are (chapatis and pulse). You probably don't need 3 bananas in one sitting. Try adding something with a little more protein with that. The egg whites and whole grain bread is excellent but maybe eat that for breakfast? You might also want to try and train each body part twice a week if possible instead of just once. As a trainer, many of my clients saw significant gains in training each body part two times a week. If your just beginning, you probably don't need too many exercises for each body part, 2-3 should be significant for major muscle groups(legs, chest, back) and only 1-2 for smaller groups(shoulders, arms, abs) Try and combine Back shoulders and bis in one day, chest shoulders and tris in another, and legs and abs in another. This way you will have to train 6 days a week but will hit each muscle group twice a week. Post what workouts you perform for each muscle group and I may also be able to help more. Keep it up!!
