Im sure this is a pretty stupid question but I cant really seem to find an answer around here for it. I can understand how to calculate my calorie intake for bulking and cutting and all that. But how do you figure out how many calories you are burning during your excercise or daily?

It is a really hard thing to do and is never really accurate when you are using some online equations. The best thing is to eat as you normally do for a week or two and chart your progress with your weight, make sure it is at the same time of day and your stomach is empty. If your weight is staying the same you know that you are at your maintenance level (burning the same amount of calories that you are consuming). If you are gaining weight you know you are in a caloric surplus and if you are losing weight you are in a deficit. Then you can adjust your diet accordingly with the goals you are trying to accomplish.
