sick feeling

i dont know whether this is the place to post this but i dont know where else to. I'm 16 and ive jus started using no-xplode this is my 4th week. i mix it wit water and drink it 45 minutes before lifting. I lift for about an hour and a half 4 days a week. Lately i've just had sick feelings after liftings and certain parts like my shoulders, wrists, elbows, in specific have just been aching and i doubt goin to the doctor will do anything, so does anyone know what this is? has anyone experienced this before? By sick feeling i mean kinda like a nausicious feeling, at times i thought i was about to throw up but never have.

I have had exactly the same symptoms from MO Xplode. So bad that I almost did puke in the gym. I stopped taking it and instead take NO enhancer in tablet or capsule form such as NO2-works great. Mike

it has been helping me a good deal though and i'm already 4 weeks into it, so i might aswell finish up to 10 weeks. i got about a week left of this stuff, so should i jus stop now before buying another bucket? do you lose all your gains while on no-xplode?

Not related to No-Explode, but related to a sick feeling... I felt dead at the end of my workout today and felt nauseas and no energy... Maybe doing back and chest on the same day did this... should i change up to bicep and chest monday and tricep and back tuesday to alleviate the strain?

It might be a lack of blood sugar. Are you taking in enough of sugar prior to exercise? I know that when I do a lot of running and I haven't had anything to eat in awhile, especially sugar (orange juice, etc), I get light headed and feel weak.

funny you should mention feeling sick at the end of training .. out of no where i threw up and had to swallow it on monday ... think its got to do with eating big meals before an intense workout.. had a footlong sub 2 hrs before workout.

I got light headed and puked once after my karate training. That was due to the lack of sugar as I did not take my breakfast prior to the training. I got light headed and puked once after a field trip to the caves. That was due to too much sugar from my sports drink. It can happen in both ways... It sounds really diabetic but so far, I don't have any problems after learning from my past mistakes.

I discovered, that if we workout, then drink, we'll suffer muscle poisoning the next day or like after 6 hrs. I think when we work out, we pump more blood into our muscles, then by drinking, we automatically input alcohol into the muscles. They'll feel like they're burning...and they get very very sore... damn... Try em.. ;)
