 in the 6 day program or watever it says to drink 2.5 to 3 gallons of water a days for the 1st 5 days, along with a low carb diet in an attempt to get you into flushing mode. well to me that seems like alot of water as i find it very hard for me to even try to consume atleast 2 gallons..

ummmm water intoxication?? is there a better way to lose water weight? ...by friday
