my shoulders seem to have a natural curl inwards. Iwas just wondering if incline bench presses would be better than regular bench presses to help bulild muscle so that this is not so noticable. Or would this be because my chest is not fully developed yet

I'm not sure what you mean by a natural curl inwards.  Maybe you can draw something out on mspaint or something.

Actually it's normally exactly the opposite. If you've done lots of chest work while neglecting your back, the tightness of your pecs will pull your shoulders forward.
Rows will help fix it.
As well as these: http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/Infraspinatus/CBStandingExternalRotation.html
Also search that site for chest stretches, lossening up will help alleviate your poor posture.

Exactly, your pec attachments are tight so they pull the shoulders forward, combined with weak postural muscles you will worsen the curve over the years by pounding chest work and not attending to your mid back, rhomboids, rotator cuffs and posterior delts.  STretching the pec attachments tons will also help.
