my shoulders seem to have a natural curl inwards. Iwas just wondering if incline bench presses would be better than regular bench presses to help bulild muscle so that this is not so noticable. Or would this be because my chest is not fully developed yet

I'm not sure what you mean by a natural curl inwards. Maybe you can draw something out on mspaint or something.

Actually it's normally exactly the opposite. If you've done lots of chest work while neglecting your back, the tightness of your pecs will pull your shoulders forward. Rows will help fix it. As well as these: http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/Infraspinatus/CBStandingExternalRotation.html Also search that site for chest stretches, lossening up will help alleviate your poor posture. Dan Mirage is our resident guru on all forms of bodybuilding and nutrition help. I'm sure he'll post some more advice for you.
