shoulder prob

when i was doing incline bench every time id lower the weight id feel a tingling feeling streak go from ove my left pec to the shoulder and down to the elbow any ideas on what this might of been its not been there for about a month but it felt odd could it have been a result of me having a rotary culf problem few years before it didnt hurt it was just tingling like i said above it was more of a distraction if any thing t ps this happend only when i used the smith machine not incline with barbbell

Sounds like something a doc should look at, just in case. If you had a prior rotator cuff injury, it's definitely worth a checkup for that area. Sometimes though, some exercises just don't agree with different bodies. you mentioned that you only found this while using a smith machine- First off, why are you using one of those anyway? Personally, my elbows give me trouble when my grip is too close together during skullcrushers- I have to spread my hands further apart than most people to feel comfortable with the movement. I've had it checked out, my joints are fine, no problems- My body just doesn't feel right with the hands close together.

thanks for the advice no i dont use machines no more unless i absoulutly have to i used it only when i was getting a feel for excersizing when i first started out
