stop lifting completely, go to a doctor and see what he says.

Noone here can help you as much as a doctor and some xrays can. And i'd stop lifting until you see a doctor and see what he says.

shoulders are bad news.  I hurt my shoulder arm wrestling a few months ago.  at first I ignored the pain and lifted and played football through it, but that stupid.  Turns out I didn't tear my rotator cuff, but messed it up enough.  The doctor gave me some muscle relaxors and gave me exercises to do, but to be honest i never missed one day of lifting.  I just lifted light, and used a lot of cables and stupid mashines that I would never use.  Its been a couple months and I'm about 90%.  after saying that, I would still tell you to just completely avoid your shoulder for a few weeks.  Its the worst thing ever, I know, but it will heel correctly and much faster.
