What exactly is a shoulder muscle line? Give me some more details and I might be able to help.

Overall workout routine really doesn't have much to do with this issue. You're asking about getting definition in your shoulders basically, which is the same as getting definition in any muscle at all- Abs, chest, biceps- They all require the same basic attention, which is as follows- First, get your nutrition right. In order to grow muscle, which you're trying to show off, you need to be eating the right foods, and in the right amounts. Muscle isn't built from nothing, and the first step is to build the muscle. Second, you need to lower your body fat percentage so that the muscle is more visible, which is when you see those "cuts" or lines- Sure, you might feel like you don't have fat on your shoulders, but even a small amount in any area can hide those lines you want to see. In order to lower your bodyfat percentage, again you need the proper type of nutrition- Here's where it gets frustrating, since in order to build muscle, you need to take in more calories than your body needs. But, in order to lose fat, you need to take in less calories than it needs- So you see, it's hard to do both at the same time. Basically, this is why most of us here go through bulking and cutting phases- A few months of building muscle and eating a lot, and a few months of eating less and losing fat.

To help get that "puff" out from under the skin and help bring out the detail try to go easy on salts and sugars! Decrease processed carbs like cakes breads and pastas and replace them with brown rice and yams but not lots, focus on fibrous veggies for carbs, like brocolli, green beans, greens etc.
