what is the best exercise to make the shoulder wider? I am talking about the swimmers build wide shoulders.

I do swim 4 days a week. I was asking for something to add to that.

Nice burn though, should've seen it coming.

I am curious.

What about military press with dumbells?

What is an Arnold press? I looked it up on youtube, but I saw diff variations of it-I don't what they look like when done correctly.

I picture arnold press being with dumbells, You hold them infront of your face, palms facing you. You press the dumbells and as you press you twist so that your palms face outwards (infront of you), then rewind n repeat
