shoulder problem :s - Friday, June 29, 2007 1:30 PM ( #1 )
hey guys is this normal....
 
at the front of my shoulder i have quite a bit of muscle but at the back i have hardly any
 
the exercises ive been doing are.... barbell military press and arnold press..... if it is the exercises can someone please tell me about 2 exercise for my rear shoulder please.

bent over flyes, or reverse flyes, and rear delt machine/pec deck

The exercises you are currently doing are usually used to hit the anterior delts, which is why they have grown unproportionately compared to the other heads of your shoulder.
Age: 18
Height: 5'7"
Body Weight: 180-185
BF %: 8 %
Incline Barbell: 195 x 8
Squat: 295 x 8, ass to ground
Shoulder Press: 175 x 8
Barbell Row: 195 x 8
Skullcrushers: 105 x 10
(All lifts are on 3rd set)

i use a inclined bench when i do bent over flys i love watching every last muscle in my shoulders buldge its like waves on a lake
