shoulder help!

on my left shoulder where your trap ends and meets the rest of your arm, there is a little muscle crevis ( trying my best to describe where it is ) anyways a week ago i tweeked the back of my shoulder, and then the next day i went to lift it started hurting badly in the area i described.. not the area i tweeked a few days before.. its been about a week and it still hurts.. espcailly when i push down on the area with my other hand any ideas? i just got threw getting over a broken collarbone in my right shoulder so i really dont need anything too serious

Sounds like you could either have a semi-serious muscle strain or even possibly a small muscle tear. Best to let a doctor check you out before it gets worse. And if its either one of the 2 things i mentioned, the chances are it will if you persist with exercise and weights.
