hello everyone , ive been working out about 6 months and am finally seeing results , ive tried taking protein but it makes me sick , only this week have a found a source (bars) that i can eat without wanting to puke.

ive gained nearly 20lbs , but some fat..Smilealittle more then should be , i have a bad diet that im working out.
my body is so wierd , ill be strong one week then the next  weaker when i have the same time to heal and feel healed ..  my sets were 10 10 10 last week and 10 8 6 this week cuz i couldnt keep up , i am sick mind you with some virus going around but i was sick last week too , so i dont get it. i just lost 3 pounds so im frustrated,.. i cant eat much do to being sick

so i wanna take test boosters... xyience just came out with one , i just dont liek the idea or screwing with my hormones...  i mean

im always tired and sore and feel weak and lazy , my doc says its unconcious anxiety.

all the positive effects of test ive read about like more energy , more up beat  big gains , strength
ect sounds like the thing for me , this guy at GNC not much older then me said its really more for guys over 30 and my body should produce enuf so dont bother. my doc says dont , but still i wanna try , i figure what harm could it do..

im wondering what any experiences any of you around my age and size have had with this product.? ,

is it worth it? i dont wanna like have a heart attack.

do u keep all your gains once your done the bottle?

must u cycle it often ? like one month on one off?

do i have to take anti estrogen with it?

cant it screw up my hormones bad?

side effects?

should i take it? im 21 160 lbs.workin out 6 months , 5'11-6 feet , started at about 140-145

when you say "bad" diet, what exactly are you eating? and what are you doing to clean it up?
how much sleep do you get?
post a breakdown of your workout routine, your weaknesses (ex: my weakness is shoulders and biceps).
any idea why you can't take protein or what specifically it is you're allergic to? what protein bars are you taking now?

For your weight it seems you only need to take in around 140-200g of protein.. you should easily be able to get that in without having to supplement with a power.  Just make sure your eating a good diet..with plenty of lean white meats..

Here are a few natural sources of protein that would easily give you your daily amount needed.

Fat Free Milk
Light Yogurt
Nuts
Peanut butter
Chicken
Tuna and various other seafoods
Lean Steak
lean Ground Beef
lean Pork


Regarding test boostes.... with only having worked out 6 months and being 21 years old I think you may be jumping the gun a little.. Unless your doctor has tested you and you have low test levels.. there's no need to take a booster... at your age.. try adding a little more fat to your diet.. that will naturally boost your test levels and as long as your adding good fat.. and working out, fat gain should be a minimum..

and from what you've described.. it sounds like you've been working out for 6 months without much break and could easily be starting to over-reach.. you might want to consider taking 7-14 days off and get plenty of rest.. allow your body to heal and then start out with a well structured 3 or 4 day routine...

my routine is this

monday -tris - push down with v-bar heavy as i can 8-10
          - behind the head DB extension with 1 heavy db
        - over head extension with v-rope bent over.
         -tricep curls
         chest- flat bench with BB
         -incline bench with db
         machine flies sitting upright //negatives
         cable flies
tuesday
            legs - machine squats , seated leg press ,calf raises , leg curls

wednesday -bi -BB curls , preacher curl , incline hammer curls , curls with DB start in hammer curl then twist to curl slowly .    
              back - back sit ups , shrugs with DB ,reverse machine flies upright , bent over rows with DB , lat pull down ,and this one with a flat bar , i extend my arms  keep them straight and pull down toward my body , suppost to be for my lats .. i can get a pump on every muscle in my body except lats i feel like its all bis!!!!!!! help!

thursday- off

friday shoulders- shoulder press with db , lateral rasies with db , forward raises with db , upright rows with BB

abs , use ab upright crunch machine , umm ex-ball sit ups , leg raises , umm not to worried about abbs i feel i just slack in that department , however obliques , like the sides of my abs , seem to be were i gain fat there and love handles , any suggestions!!?


its changed mildly since i started , added some diff ex's. and stuff , at first since im tall and skinny i was told to use high weight and reps between 4-6  to gain mass so i was doing that now im told to do 8-10 and im seeing a slight difference...

i eat alotta fat , too much  , my diet is all fast ffood cuz im always on the go , dont worry about my diet im working on it , my sleep is terrible , like i toss and turn for like 5-6 hours a night and thats it , get like sleep for 2 hours then wake up ,  its soo bad...

i just wanna take test , feel what its like to be strong... is this a bad idea?

i just don't really think you need it.
believe it or not, you're at your prime.
i think if you get your diet in order, everything else will fall into place.
just my personal opinion, though.
if you feel like you want to take a test booster, go ahead.
just make sure your diet is in order beforehand.

Lots of people get sick from eating fake "artificial" sugars put into protein. If you think that may be the case, or are just curious, I recommend you picking up a MRM 100% Natural Whey flavor. I use them. If it's the lactose, maybe you should look into egg protein. Eating bars for a primary protein source isn't usually a very healthy way monetarily nor caloric speaking. I did a 100% natural bar's protein diet, needless to say I gained weight, and not the kind I was proud of. There are ALWAYS more than one way to solve any problem. If you need any suggests PM I will be glad to give you more options for supplements. And at 21, you need to think of a few things before you test-boost, consider if you drink and how much, how much activities you do daily, and if you are just taking a tribulus stack, I wouldn't worry about it. I've taken trib and novedex and Im 20. It's all personal opinion.

i just wanna take it to boost my progress , im at a peak and its driving me nuts , diet im working on , the reason its hard is i have a sensitive stomach , for like a week i can eat alot and whatever whenever then for a week my stomach will feel sick and nautious and stuff , doc thinks its liks stress and acid reflux and stuff , i just wanna kno

am i risking my health if i take test boost?

do i keep m y results?

d o i have to take anti estrogens?

or anyting to counter it?

You peaked...

How many days per week do you work out, how many times a day do you go to the gym. Are you on creatine, NOX, are you having a PERFECT OPTIMAL Diet, including carb/calorie counting. Are you doing cardio in the morning and eating the right protein right before bed. Are you never drinking, ever. Are you a tobacco user? Do you listen to an mp3 player for added adrenaline? Do you eat exactly the right protein required for your body to be in ketosis?

If you answered yes to all that, then man, you must be ****ing huge. As far as test, if you want FAST results without having to do all that **** listed above go for it.

Take tribulus, you can find some pretty cheap at any generic supplement store. Your results will stay for longer than any other supplement. And with tribilus you won't need to take anti-estrogen.

imma do it right , its just the diet thats so hard plus proper sleep , im not gunna take test my friend freaked me out saying chris benoit the wrestler that slayed hisfam was taking that **** , ill be patient , diet is so incredibly hard , especially cuz i have something up with my stomach that makes it good for a week then sensitive for a week , its stress related and since i dont like drugs and hardly take advil i refuse any brain candy the docs offer.

i dont smoke , i drink like 2 times a month but im just gunna stay away from it .
i eat sooo much junk i need help to stop .
i may have peaked  but i think ill stick to this routine till end of november cuz im not sure , i was so wonkey with my routines cuz of reps , first did 4-6 for a few months , and for the last month its 8-10 , i have a new routine picked out for when i change , i was also informed on a 3 day a week full body ex for mass gains? any suggestions?

ive taken creatine but not properly , like a shake 3 days in a row week off , cuz i hate  it  hahah , but i have a bit left i took one today , and one two dayz ago , i have enuf for like two , imma finish it , then stay off for 30-40dayz cuz thats what i heard to do , then buy more and take it properly , imma do this right , no easy ways out so wish me luck!

Tribulus isn't a steroid. It's a natural test booster that increases your bodys OWN natural testosterone production. Steroids are converted (Or unconverted) testosterone shots straight into your bloodstream. Chris Benoit was a nut on the wrestling mat also, biggest ****.

Make sure you are taking your creatine as effectively as possible, loading and unloading like that, you may as well throw your money out the window.

I also have stomach problems, believe me, for half a year I couldn't eat anything but beef (plain) and eggs and green beans. Anything else would give me stomach bleeding.

For your 3x a week full body routine. I've done every type of program, and if you want to be the biggest, you are going to have to powerlift those 3x a week. You can do INCREDIBLE gains, all the biggest guys at my gym do 3x a week. Even the small guys that do it can still lift more than the guys going 5x a week and chugging their shakes. And being a powerlifter, you can eat all the junk you want.

EXAMPLE -

Me, right now weighing 155 with little bit of chub, about 15 inch biceps and havent worked out in a long ass time (as far as weightlifting)

Me 10 months ago was 210 pounds, doing rediculous weights, eating anything and everything in sight. I might have not been the leanest or had the sexiest body, but a lot of the gym-buffs recognised my dedication.

So it's basically if you can't control it, then work around that. But I don't believe that. If the mind can believe it, the body can achieve it. That saying has ruled my life since highschool, and I've had some pretty ****ed up health situations.

If you are willing to do something to the extreme, send me a PM, give me 10 days to fix your stomach I can almost guarantee I can fix whatever problem you are having.

so a test booster wouldnt make me crazy? i do  have kinda a temper!.

as for the 3 x a week workout , my goal is most definatly mass gain , im 160 5'11 , my goal is to be a 185 ripped after cutting by june 1 2008 ,

so this is the best option? full body  , 2 exerceises per muscle is what i read so far?

do i stick to one routine or 3 diff full body's that i do once a week so i confuse the muscles?.

and also define powerlifting ? thanks

Hey brother, listen to other guy's or women who really no about dieting. really. If you really pay attention to what you eat-eating clean , you will put on some quality pounds , muscle. Its all diet and  training hard and lifting hard at times. You cant always go balls out, you stop the gains and you'll set your self up for injurys. So, eat right and train smart. As for test. Your too young. You have alot already. your  gonaids make them. So, again eat, train right, rest you'll grow!!!!! you dont start to lose test hormones until 50 -60 yrs of age. Sometime earlyer, like my self. Mine was 120 that real low! Pluse i was symtomatic ie.... being too tierd all the time , my strength was declining. just didnt have it in me in the natural sense. Like what the f#@!*k. When to my MD and there you go. My sex drive, oh that too was interupted. But know it like off the chart and i generally feel a whole lot  better. Under MD  CARE. i WOULD NOT F#@&** AROUND with it really. Just eat right, train, rest,   EAT CLEAN, TAKE YOUR PROTINE. YOU'LL BE OK. TURST ME.

Thats a pretty tough goal especially when your gonna take a break, as you have posted on a different thread.  its ok, but from what i hear people tell me.. if you wanna be 185 ripped... you need to bulk to around 200 and cut that last 15 lbs... as of right now you wanna gain25 of lean muscle mass in 6 months (at the time of the post)?  i think its good to be optimistic.. but its also good to make your goals realistic.  but if you can do it.. keep me posted about your progess, i would love to hear about how you are doing!
