hey... whell in a week or so im going on holiday and when i get back im starting a clean bulk, but since i started training (8 weeks ago) i have been seeing dramatic muscle gains but hardly any strengh growth... i saw a big spurt of strengh in my first 2 weeks of my program but then i actually think ive gotten weaker (and its not overtrainig i know that fore a fact) ive been adding a little more weight to the bar so i might get a bit stronger but the real question is.......... when im starting this clean bulk should i build up my strengh with it??........ also how do i build my strengh do i just keep adding more weight or do i have to do something more?

for strength focus on lower reps (4-6) but its normal to get alot stronger the first few weeks and then the muscle gains will kick in. im surprised u havent continuously gotten stronger tho

lift heavier weights, lower erps, as said 5 reps around 5/6 sets. This means your body wil have to addapt to lifting heavy weights, lack of lactic acid build up also. So your body will addapt and by doign this it will become stronger.

yeah you need more weights. you are not going to gain strength with reps of 16 and 50.

OK EVERYTHING THAT PIMPWIVWEIGHTS SAID IS INCORRECT FROM MY POINT OF VEIW LESS WEIGHT AND MORE REPS IS BETTER THAN MORE WEIGHT AND LESS REPS..THATS WHAT I DID AND NOW IM AM A 200LBS ON THE BENCH
