i trust almost anything that is put out by animal pak which means universal nutrition has my trust so i have been taking universals shock therapy and it is the most powerful pre workout supp i have every taken as far as energy and focus goes the pump i really didnt notice but i could not wait to get into the gym, and i have taken every pre workout known to man wich includes nox and v12
