I have been off training for about six months, and started up again 2 days ago. I did 3 drop sets of bicep curls with free weights. day 1 after i was fine the usual soreness, i went to work and was forced to work my arms to near exhaustion again. woke up 4 am this morning in excrutiating agony, my right arm wont straighten at the elbow, best i get is about a 80 degree bend. I can barely hold it up by itself from the pain. right now it is sat in my lap and i am typing left handed... What have i done, what can i do to fix it? please help.

You need to seek medical attention. No one here can help you a medical issue like that. It sounds like you have a torn bicep. It's never a good idea to do an extream workout like that especially on a small muscle like the bi after being off 6 months.. That's only inviting injury..
There is never enough time to do everything, but there is always enough time to do the most important thing
