what kind of stats are you lookin for... ill get measurements and leg shots and enough about the pants i got it but deadlift not done yet either cause of my knee age 19 20 next month 170 lbs between 5'7" and 5'8" been training off and on for maybe year and a half couldnt do much for about a year after my surgery just getting back into it but since ive been back from the army about 3 or 4 weeks quick rough measurements.... arms- 15 in forearms- 11 in waist- 31in chest- 43 in thighs - 23 in calves- 16.5 in neck - 16 in

19 years old and your already taking a stack like that...man... I wont go into that speech... But in regards to your question. I would advice you to bulk up, not tone up...If your going to take all that stuff you might as well try to get as much as you can out of it.

Im sure you could get up to around 190-200 if your comfortable going that high and then cut down... with that build you have already adding all that LBM you would look good. ORIGINAL: Mad_X_00 thanks finally some decent advice

Strength train, HIIT cardio, cut calories. All you need is protein and fish oil is great for cutting. ..And as far as a few controversial supplements in that stack, I hope you have done your research.

How about we ask him then? How much, if any, research did you do on those supps before you began stacking them? Also, could you get up some shots from different views? Legs/back/double bi's...

I just hope he knows and understands what a pct is... even if you **** up a pct, at least you did something. Going cold turkey after ****ign with your endocrine system can result in it being ****ed up for life. Not to mention he is still pretty young. And also I dont know a whole lot about this particular hdrol, but im pretty sure he should be taking milkthistle or some kind of liver support.

But I did gain 8 pounds after running it for only 4 weeks.

Pull your pants up. This isn't DiscussPornstarBodyBuilding.com. Advice-You only need to be taking Superpump, Size On, Whey, Multi-Recommend Animal Pak, and Maybe the Plasma Jet. I take that stack. You don't need novedex or Halordol...waste of money, especially Novedex, it will only harm your body.
