Not right now but when rugby season starts up... When rugby does start It will be every toher day for a hwile and I willl go to the gym on off days, but later in the season it is everyday; and I wioll go after practice every toher day. If you mean prjects and homework no. My homework usually takes me 30 min to one hour, and I get prject work done on sundays.

Yeah, gotta love the 5x5, i miss it lol. Yes it does get in the way, its the reason i had to cut yesterdays leg and back day short, and it pissed me right off because thats my favourite day. I cant do anything about it. Even more pissy is that my college is now doing "fitness days" whereby we have to stay AFTER home time (and im in freaking college) to go running and shizz, oooo yay, how about, **** off, i have enough trouble gaining weight with 0 cardio let alone 30 mins of tiring sprinting. When i get to 250lbs of immense fat and muscle, then il join, but until then they can piss right off.

im a rower, and my highschool takes rowing incredibly seriously, so im basically making no muscle gains now. We have a strict training program in the winter which consists of erging for 70 mins at certain rates and such, then a 45 minute core workout, followed by weightlifting, in which we are on a 4 day split of total body workouts. All of this is about 3 hours worth of activity, 6 days a week, and we do the erging twice a day, on 2 of those days. Since rowing started making gains has become pretty much impossible

Hey guys, it's tough now to workout, but wait until you are married, with a demanding job and children. Learn to organize your time now so that you can workout (and know how to prioritize properly, so that if you have to forego workouts temporarily, then so be it . . . just have survival strategies in place). I always thought when I was in undergrad that when I graduated, I'd have all kinds of time. hahahahahahahahaha. It just gets worse every year. Well, ok, now that I don't have law school 4 nights a week on top of my job and orchestra rehearsals, I can concentrate more on family and exercising and music more.
