Yes.  And more veggies, and ditch the Snickers Marathon bars.  Dude.  Seriously??  I wouldn't be eating ANYTHING made by those clowns.  Talk about processed food, jeez!

Is that seriously your diet?  If this isn't just a joke, PM me and I'll link you to some meal plans.  At a bare minimum so you can get an idea of what a bodybuilding diet would look like that is considered healthy.

You have more supplements that I took at 16 but just by a few but overall, it's somewhat the diet I was on that keep me skinny for years.  Not healthy but never able to put on serious muscle mass.

That is.. unless I'm missing some insider joke in which case.  I'm 36 years old.  You'll have to forgive me.

Ditch the snickers, subway, and meatballs, Not all meat is equal. Use moderation with the pasta and sauce, or cut it out, trust me on this one, I know.

You need everything, here are some personal recommendations.
Fruit: Grapefruit, Blueberries, Strawberries, etc. I recall cherries have lots of sugar, so I use them in moderation, mainly for morning energy boost.
Vegetables: Broccoli, Asparagus, Celery, etc. I read Broccoli helps counter estrogen and the celery helps make the asparagus bearable.
Meats: Tuna and chicken, eggs on occasion.
Fats: Olive oil, extra virgin, cold pressed.

What I think a good breakfast is composed of:
Grapefruit, blueberries, strawberries, cherries. or a mix of fruit and oatmeal.
Chicken with spices and olive oil.

Depending on your goals and calorie requirements, you might not be able to have a serving of everything for breakfast.

Three week keto test run
Started July 19
It will work, or I'm done dieting.
