Great food, high protein, and tastes great. Some cholesterol if that is an issue with you but not really enough for a healthy person to get too alarmed about.

Not necessarily, though some might argue that wild caught is healthier. In my opinion, wild caught fish often, but not always, tastes better.

Something else you might want to consider is Sardines. Good protein 19 grams a can I think, low calories about 140, and something like 7 grams of fat. Taste pretty good as well, sorta like Salmon to me.

Salmon is really good for you. Fish in general is good too since they contain Omega-3 which our body needs but doesn't make on our own. I think getting some Fish Oil Omega-3 supplements are also good for you while we are on the topic.
