sabatoge / in a rut

Hi--I hope this will make sense and not sound stupid, but I was wondering if anyone else goes through this problem I have. I seem to always get to a great place physically--and then I just start wondering what am I doing? Why do I work out so hard and then I go pig out with food. Bodybuilding is a passion for me so when this thinking strikes I get confused. I seem to go through an all or nothing attitude. I tend to Yo-yo with my weight too because of this self sabatoge. I would like to find a balance. I just dropped 75lbs plus from a recent pregancy. I feel great and think I look good. I'm back to 125 pre-pregnancy weight, but here I go again with the in a rut attitude. Help, I've worked to hard to get where I'm at. Thanks

It's all in your attitude...I don't want to work for nothing personally...I can't stand doing something fir nothing. You have to work with yourself and have more discipline. This might sound weird but havong a eating routine is great...eat at the same time, wake up at the same time, try having the same amount of rest each time... Hope this helped.

thanks---Advice that is simple. Fortunately I have gotten out of the rut. Infact I have started to hit the weights harder. I think being able to voice how I was feeling, helped to take the power out of my rut thinking. I also changed my routine which is helping. Thanks again for the feedback
