I'm currently taking or about to take this list of supplements:

MRI NO2 (suggested use of 4 pills 30min before meals 2X Daily)
Animal Pak (suggested use of 1 pack 30min after a meal 1X Daily)
Glucosamine Sulfate 1500mg (suggested use of 1 pill with a meal 1X Daily)
Flax Oil 1000mg (suggested use of 1 pill with a meal 3X Daily)

I am also drinking Met-RX Meal Replacement shakes after my workout & another thoughout the day. 

Is it really necessary to follow the packaging instructions of 30min before, after, & with a meal?
Is it possible to take my NO2 dosage 30min before a meal & all of my vitamins with a meal?

I'm not griping, I just want to know if it is possible to bend the rules & still get good results with these supplements. I just want to add that I have been taking NO2 for 3 weeks now & I'm satisfied with my result so far. It has increased my indurance, decreased overall fatigue, & has helped very well with recovery.

Any knowledgeable input appreciated, Thanks :)

ok i will do my best and let you know what i think. first of all it is "suggested" amounts. i would never use more then what is suggested but you can use smaller doses.

the NO2 supplement, which i also take, should be taken before a work out and before your meal, i take it 1 hour before. reason is that No2 help with vascular which i am sure you know all ready. you want the pills to disolve and be at its highest consentration while working out.  if you take this before you eat it is going to move the nutrience from your food to your muscles faster to fuel them. when it comes to taing it twice a day that is up to you and how your body reacts to the NO. i only use 4 pills once a day and it works well in my body.

the Animal Pak is supplementing what your meal may have been missing, and is also good to take after the NO so it will be delivered more effectively. and for the gluco and flax the same reasons. if you take it right after a meal your bodyis all ready absorbing material and will absorbe these more effectlvely.

i have heard and agree with that the hour before and directly after workout is critical, that is the time nutrients are going to be used in the muscles the most. i hope this sheds some light on your question.
