My friend told me that he ordered s1+. He is only 16, like me. I was looking at s1+ online and it contains 1-testosterone and 4-ad. Does this mean this is dangerous for him to use?

Well, 16 is to young in my opinion to be taking those kinds of supplements. That age, you should be sticking to creatine and protein powder. Its not worth the risk

IMO, there is no way he should use S1+. Way too young. Stick with the basics - protein, creatine, glutamine. Not saying he can't do others, just those are probably the most popular safe ones for his age.
