A person of your size, just as a rough estimate to lose weight should be in the 2000-2500 calorie range. You need to start eating more protein, and you need to be taking in more fat. As odd as it sounds, you need more good fat into your diet. I just introduced NOX-cg into my routine. I take 2 scoopse before my workout. I also dont count the calories for the banna or apple i eat, call me ignorat but im just in exsperienced. i eat 5 times a day to speed up metabloism. i weigh 300 and am 5'11 and 18 years old. im not to conserned with muscel because i have enough. i do cardio i the morning when i wake up and lift at night. I also take hot-rox when i first wake up before i workout and eat then 6 hours later. i space the meals roughly 2 hours apart. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;u&gt;breakfest&lt;/u&gt; &lt;br&gt;  1/2 cup grapenuts &lt;br&gt;  1/2 cup cottage cheese &lt;br&gt;  CAL.=290 &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;u&gt;snack&lt;/u&gt; &lt;br&gt;  1 can tuna &lt;br&gt;  CAL.= 160 &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;u&gt;Lunch&lt;/u&gt; &lt;br&gt;  2 indvidual cottage chesse packs &lt;br&gt;  CAL.= 180 &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;u&gt;Snack&lt;/u&gt; &lt;br&gt;  1 MRB  &lt;br&gt;  CAL.=200 &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;u&gt;Dinner&lt;/u&gt; &lt;br&gt;  1/2 cup cottage cheese &lt;br&gt;  1 larg apple &lt;br&gt;  1 banna &lt;br&gt;  CAL.= 90 &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  total cal=920 &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=99261</link><pubDate>Sat, 14 Jan 2006 20:18:33 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
