Im 16 and ive been lifting since i was about your age (with proper guidence from a trainer of course) and even now im hesitent to try any of that stuff and I only take a weight gainer because im sure it wont do anything to my body, except help me. anything thats supposed to give you a "pump" or any of that other stuff i would defineatly hold off on for a while.

Also, Ive never tried any of that ni-trix or w.e, is this "pump" feeling the same feeling that u get after you have done like 3 sets of 10 different excersises with your arms? Does it feel like all the blood is rushing to your arms and you could just throw sum1 through a wall? And what is this pump feeling supposed to do for you? im guessing by having more blood in your arms you can repair muscle faster, but thats a shot in the dark.
RE: The Final Answer (Rob)

ORIGINAL: envilent

rob, if i was you i wouldnt take it. youre still growing and you have a lot more growing to do. i wouldnt put that in jeopardy just to take a supplement.. just stick with a very good diet with high protein intake and a good training routine - you should notice great results. no need to rush into things you have a lot more life ahead you to try stuff

Aw. Haha, what if they meant they won't sell it to anyone under 18 because of there internet shipping or credit card policy? You never know. I will take into account that I should research the supplement before I take it. I am most intrested in the health issues or side effects Nitrix may cause. To my understanding, there are no medical warnings on the bottle or the manufactures website. If any of you would happen to know of any than please tell me. Thanks for getting back to me guys!
RE: The Final Answer (envilent)

rob, if i was you i wouldnt take it. youre still growing and you have a lot more growing to do. i wouldnt put that in jeopardy just to take a supplement.. just stick with a very good diet with high protein intake and a good training routine - you should notice great results. no need to rush into things you have a lot more life ahead you to try stuff

RE: The Final Answer (Rob)

ORIGINAL: psalms_soldier

I would reccomend it no doubt but you are only 14. Its ok to train at your age but I wouldnt get into supplementing any more than protien for at leats a year or two.

Aw. But I really want to try it. Are there any dangers concerning health designated on the bottle?

I really really wanna get me some of that stuf... but if I might get a seizure in geometry class I don't think so. lol.
RE: The Final Answer (Superman)

This is funny and Ironic.. I tried Nitrix and it was "okay" Given that doctor's love me and my veins are just crazy. I look like a spiderweb of veins especially on my arms and when I took Nitrix it was "okay", but here is the ironic thing. I am on day 5 of my Axis by BSN and it seems to be way more effective than nitrix ever was. The Veins are alot larger and more pumped and my muscles are completely hard and not just my forearms but EVERYWHERE! I do reccomend Nitrix but I also recommend Axis HT. So heres the thing, if NITRIX does not work on YOU, switch to Axis HT and see what's up.

RE: The Final Answer (psalms_soldier)

I would reccomend it no doubt but you are only 14. (typical ectomorph) I'm currently lifting monday, wednsday, friday. My lifts only take about 45 minutes. I'm also doing my cardio and speed training tuesday thursday. My goal is to gain more muscle mass for football season, and jack up for summer to impress girls. Do you suppose Nitrix, combined with some whey protein intergrated in my training will help me accomplish my goals?

Please get back to me! Thanks!
RE: The Final Answer (psalms_soldier)

Well like everything...I take it according to the directions 3 pills 3 times a day mourning, before supper, and right before bed because arginine produces higher gh levels before you goto sleep which helps when your sleeping. The thing about Nitrix is it works betetr everyday its not like No-X wher the first day you say wow this is awesome about a week later you say huh this stuff really does work.

RE: The Final Answer (Che)

psalms_soldier when do u take the nitrix and how many pills?

RE: The Final Answer (coolmedel)

i might give it a try too see what it does.
