(Lookin2getRipt)

I've been taking Kre-Alkalyn Powder for about 5 days now.. and I notice no difference. It tastes fake/BS. But I dunno, we'll see.

RE: Kre-Alkalyn Creatine. (johnny_rotten)

Latest update, I stopped taking the kre-alkalyn about 5-6 weeks ago because I got sick with a cold and could not workout for a couple weeks.
I was not overly impressed with this being my first cycle ever of any type of creatine, I was expecting more from it. I didnt notice much, if any difference in my workouts once I stopped taking it.

So where am I now with my sups? Well let me tell you.......
I came across some creatine mono in powder form that was on special, so I thought I would try creatine again and I am currently in the loading phase. It is completely odorless and has absolutely no taste at all. I mix it with 250ml (8oz) of water only.

I can say already what a difference. Now I feel the difference!! Cranking out that last 1,2,3 reps is incredible.
IMO, Kre-Alkalyn is not worth the $$$$ compared to creatine mono.
RE: Kre-Alkalyn Creatine. Everything setteled down after about the 3rd week.

2)I got into my 3rd week before I started to notice any difference. I have noticed a better pump, I believe from having a bit more in reserve when cranking out that last rep or two. The weight I am lifting is rising at a very steady and predictable pace, and I do credit the creatine for helping with that.
In 2 more weeks I will stop taking kre alaklyn for at least two weeks and then I will be able to tell how much it has helped. I think it will be a subtle difference, but a difference.

3)My muscles also do not feel as hard as they did before using this product.

4)Very convienient, pill form, so just wash it down with water. Nothing to mix just like a vitamin.
I have not noticed any side effects other than the washroom thing for the first 3 weeks. It sounds to me like most creatines does that to you.

I did purchace my second bottle so I think it is worth the $35 Canadian price, If it were $50+ a bottle I would not have purchaced a second bottle. Diet is 95% of this game, knowing what and when to eat is the #1 thing to figure out before ever touching creatine IMO. Like my buddy Veg says...... EAT AND EAT BIG....... Creatine is like just 3-4%. I would take glutamine or whey over creatine anyday.

Please keep in mind I am also living the bodybuilder lifestyle, no junk food, workout religiously, rest whenever I can, and I train hard & 105% everytime. Yes everytime

RE: Kre-Alkalyn Creatine. (Marc David)

At least the PDF proves that this post on CEE is true

But in all truth, while it may be real and valid, it's no more helpful then reading my latest issue of M & F and seeing a 2 page 'advertorial' that talks about facts only to lead me to a product.

This report was "Insider" secrets but fully showcased a product the entire time.

The problem with these boards is that people are doubtful as they should be when given a blatent ad promoting itself as 100% info you need to know.

There's a few reports I've seen, written myself that are 99% info recommending a product. Heck I wrote the Top 12 Report giving out step by step advice for the beginner AND then recommended my own book. But the info up to that point is valid and univeral. I didn't use it to promote my stance that my book was far superior to another.

Anyway...

This report had the intention of providing facts to support that a particular supplement was better then the rest.

I agree that asking the company in question is a good idea. If they don't or can't answer, that could be a problem.

For all I know it could be better. But when I browse thru magazines, I'm cautious to understand that companies need to make money in order to survive and they will put a spin on whatever they can to do that. This "industry" is unregulated. And you can pretty much make whatever claims you want without any research to back it up.

Funding your own report is not unbiased.

But I like to try supplements and do reviews like anybody else to chime in. I've not tried this product so while the report doesn't sway me, I'm always intrigued by others experiences and I do like to give things a shot myself and see if I notice anything.

If it's good, I'll definately spread the word.
RE: Kre-Alkalyn Creatine. You give mad props to a product or company trying to help someone but you end up getting flamed. I suppose all we shoudl ever do anymore is just say that something is kinda 'good' or kinda 'bad'. F@@king trolls suck!!

So why not email them and ask teh hard questions like I did, bro )it's info@aaefx.com)? Instead of bashing.

Hey, hulio82. These guys also put out a sweet 'User Guide' for their stuff. All I'm saying is there are few companies anymore who ever give help like this. Nuff said.

Gotta go mix the next batch of Met-Rx for my other company now. Then tomorrow it's a GAKIC run for the other guys. lol
RE: Kre-Alkalyn Creatine. (hulio82)

Is it a good idea to cycle off this stuff? I take kre alkalyn protein, but i take it for like 2 months straight and then get off it for a month to let my body's creatine reservers reach their natural levels (I read somewhere that its advisable to do so). any thoughts?

Or, does it matter if i take creatin for like 6 months straight? I try to rely the least possible on supplements. The only supplement which i've been taking on a regular basis is whey protein.

FYI- I started taking kre-alkalyn creatine a few monts ago and imo I think its the best creatine product i've used so far.
RE: Kre-Alkalyn Creatine.
