I started going to the gym casually around July this year and really enjoyed lifting weights and doing some treadmill work. I slacked off a bit and haven't gone in a few months. I want to make it my New Years resolution to get quite well built and feel very healthy. I know a lot of people say this, but I just want to let you know that I am VERY serious about this and do not want to screw it up. When I was going to the gym before I lost about 8 or 9 pounds in two weeks and i could feel and see a difference already. I am 6 feet tall and 200 pounds. I would like to get a good build, not Arnold out of Predator big, but something close to Ryan Reynolds in Blade Trinity.

There are some general things though that I would like to know:

-Should I start using supplement pills?
-Is it better to eat light meals many times a day to increase my metabolism or eat a few big meals? I have also heard that body builders should eat many large meals a day, is this true?
-What is the #1 thing I can do to help keep my motivation up and now quit?
