Obviously you cant workout while you sleep. As far as morning or night it all depends on you personally.

Your body is the warmest at night, but you have more energy in the morning. As you have had a good amount of rest to recover from the previous day. So there is a trade off to everything. Just find what works best for you.
RE: Best time to workout (8pack)

no, your test levels are highest right in the morning, the best time to lift is in the morning.

RE: Best time to workout (BouSa_ToWn)

guess noone is gonna answer lol

RE: Best time to workout (normangerman)

I usually do my cardio in the morning and weights in the afternoon. I don't think it really matters, but in the mornin I'm guessing you'd have more energy.

Best time to workout (BouSa_ToWn)

Hey, i was thinking wouldent the best time to workout is right before bed? workout, eat, then rest? resting is when ur muscles heal, so wouldent that be the best time? right after u workout and eat.
