All it did was make me really moody and give me a headache.

Well it was not form Glutamine, it is not made to imrprove you, its helps joints and muscle refabrication...........headaches are from something else! NOt enough water or caffiene or who knows what your are including in your diet that could be doing this, even a lack of magnesium or potassium can result in headaches, being on the pc for too long, tight traps.............but glutamine is not known for this.
Linda

Well the moodiness was not probably not directly from the glutamine it was probably from having a headache and the headaches were from my eyes straining which I could have sworn the glutamine was doing it to me. But I believe you. :)
RE: Creatine and Glutamine mix? A 3 day split would take me total of 9 days because I needed a 2 day recovery period after each w/o. Started taking L-Glutamine twice a day for a month. After that my 3-day splits became 3-day splits. I’m a firm believer that L-Glutamine helped my recovery process in attaining a normal 3-day split at that time and I still take L-G today.

Peace
RE: Creatine and Glutamine mix? (psalms_soldier)

Pratically all the supplements I take have glutamine in them, but I'm with Vario I would never buy it on my own I don't think its really going to do anything; however, I think that if you don't get enough your hindering yourself, but I think that it would be hard to deprive yourself of that much of it.

RE: Creatine and Glutamine mix? (STFU_Joe)

Cellmass contains 2g per serving. You take two servings a day = 4g. You can also get it from some protein shakes(Met-RX Original).

RE: Creatine and Glutamine mix?
