(psalms_soldier)

Creatine monohydrate in my opinion is like riding a bike instead of a chopper its ineffective at absorbing. CEE is a lot more effective cellmass is good if your looking for something after workout No-Xplode is good if your looking for something pre. As far as raw creatine goes chances are your not absorbing as much as you could(or any).

RE: Best Creatine? (Cambece)

I have been trying out the new CEE creatine. I use XPand (not engergized ver.) and I also take bulk CEE. The Xpand is also an NO2 but I have been having pretty good results. Lots of energy because of the NO2 and each week I have been able to move up in weight. I have also have not gotten bloated like I did on mono.

Cambece
RE: Best Creatine? (Cannon454)

From what I read... Creatine Monohydrate works best with a sugar/carb delivery system. Items like celltech have a preformulated delivery system. In my own personal expierence Celltech worked best for me, however the 310 calories per serving made it tough to stay in the ideal range.

RE: Best Creatine? (dboisen)

i havent heard much of raw creatine. i did, however, read this on bodybuilding.com,
"If you mix water with raw creatine powder without insulin it's worthless"
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/nucare/creatine.html
RE: Best Creatine? (klocinski)

personally i have had the best results from raw creatine, if you do decided to use the raw creatine be sure to take it with some carbs.

RE: Best Creatine? (phersan)

I'm sure you'll get a lot of "CellMass" replies. I've also heard V12 by SAN is very good.

Personally, I've only taken creatine for about a month and I use a creatine monohydrate blend called High Performance Creatine by Precision Engineered... it's got it's own carb delivery system and it seems to be doing its job. After this tub I'm thinking about getting pure CEE and mixing it with grape juice or gatorade... or micronized creatine by AST, not sure yet.

But as far as popular creatines go... you'll get many replies like CellMass, NO-Xplode, and V12... I might be forgetting some but those are the most popular.
Best Creatine? (dboisen)

Hey guys, first post. I've taken different creatine products over the years (CEX, TRAC, CELL-Tech etc.). I was wondering what everybody thought was the best working creatine on the market today based on everybody elses results.
