(boyrancher6250)</title><description>  happened a while back doing weighted dips...the little bars that u stand on, well i missed them and the 100lb plate took me to the ground meanwhile my arms were still holding the dip bars...OWWY!!! i felt pain most of the time UNTIL i was doin a fast bench press excercise and i let the bar hit my chest and i think that was the STRAW that broke the camels back(my sternum) and now it hurts all the time....im in the middle of a GOAL right now so i just cant stop.....any ideas??? i mean how do u heal a broken sternum??? hehe </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=9033</link><pubDate>Wed, 28 Jan 2004 03:19:34 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
