My Alexa toolbar is doing it's job. Now post, read, and buy something or I'll be forced to send a remote reboot to your machine.

Or it could be that we think alike? I was just going thru my Hotmail and had been meaning to post that link for about a week now. Just never did becuase the link looks horrible when I'm at working and reading it on the web.

RE: Creatine: More than a Sports Nutrition Supplement (Powerhaus)

I'm going to have to light the candles and dust off the biochem tomes I guess. As I learned it, the Creatine Phosphate energy pathway is a different mechanism than he Kreb's cycle, which is what is going on in the mitochondria to produce ATP. This article seems to say that creatine is part of the kreb's cycle, which is isn't. If it were, it would likely have some benefit for endurance athletes, but it doesn't.

Or am I just spouting gibberish?

Edit: Oh, but as an update on my personal creatine experience, it seems to be working. My lifts are still going up, and my muscle measurements have jumped a lot faster than they should from just building more protein fibers. I do seem to have a tight feeling in my forehead a lot, last night I had a mild headache. It could have something to do with the creatine and water retention and stuff, but thankfully I haven't had another migrane.

RE: Creatine: More than a Sports Nutrition Supplement (WDNinABQ)

 Whoa!
