Dude there are like 1000's of topics on bsn especially nitrix... in lamense terms all this does is make your veins "bigger", I have tried it and I did not notice any increased gains than if i was just on protein .

Look iv'e found tablets that look great! well i think they look great... It says they make you stronger and you will look better with alot more visable muscle... Is this alrite stuff? or a conn??
