(burqaman)</title><description>  Hello, &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Iam a MALE 28 , Weight 59 KG ,Height 5ft-7inches. &lt;br&gt;  I have been doing warm up kind of execrcise for last 7 days. Like 10 to 15 pushs and other normal excrcise. Now I guess my body is ready for the real deal of lifting weights. So what you ppl suggest how should I start, like which lifting execrise for Chest or legs or shoulders or arms should i start with and how should i do this in a week i mean division of execrise , weights and rest time. &lt;br&gt;  Recommend the weights considering that I want to use Creatine Monohyrdate in order gain quick muscles , on creatine monohydrate it is written that a Loading Phase I have to take it 4 times a days with 4 hours interval now is it before or after doing the work out ? &lt;br&gt;  Also maintenance phase is 1 times a day ? when is the maintenance phase does it mean that i workout hard for 4 days then a rest day of 2 days and these 2 days r my maintenance period &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=85045</link><pubDate>Wed, 19 Oct 2005 05:58:19 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
