I switched up my routine a bit by doing reverse grip exercises and it payed off with a better workout.  I thought my hams would be hurting more today from my leg workout, but they arent too bad.  They are sore but i expected to have a hard time walking today. I missed my last leg workout and it showed today.  My legs burned out a few set into the workout.  My left ham got all cramped up during squats.  I havent been drinking as much water lately and as a result, i got cramps.  I tried to finish up with lunges but after another few lights sets, the cramping got worse. I almost didnt get it in due to halloween and of course work.   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  DAY 16 &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  We are all faced time to time with obstacles that get in the way with what we really want to get accomplished and work has been getting in the way too much lately.  Im upset that i havent been able to give 100% of my time to test and review these supplements from IronMagLabs.  Its difficult when work takes up to 60 hours a week.  However things happen for a purpose and Anabolic-Matrix Rx &amp; Maximum Pump are excellent supplements.  I have noticed that even though i havent worked out as much as i'd like, i havent lost any weight or size due to the time off and supplementing Anabolic-Matrix Rx twice a day.  I have actually gained 2 lbs since i started these supps. I have been working a lot and im still eating 500-700 calories lower than my total expenditure and i still gained weight and i still feel strong. However, after i awake from sleep, i have a very hard time going back.  It sucks when i wake up at 5am and cannot fall back to sleep.  Or if i do get back to sleep, its usually 10 minutes before i have to get up.   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  DAY 12 &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I wasnt able to get a workout in today.  I tried but i had to much other stuff going on. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  DAY 13 &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I pounded my shoulders and biceps tonight.  Im getting stronger but i still need to work on my endurance. I will hold off on my triceps and split them with calves.  I would say the bicep has the most ego among any muscle group and Maximum Pump stroked that ego.  I had a nice pump going.  The Anabolic-Matrix Rx is starting to kick in as well as i look and feel more muscular. Its interesting that i had it after you asked.  I had a crystal clear dream as well.  It was almost lucid but i didnt realize i was sleeping.  I was trying to sound the alarm on my car from the keyless remote but it wasnt working.  Electronics dont work properly in dreams, if i known this, it could have been lucid. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Any ways back to the review. Im going to try to get some shoulders, bi's and tri's in today.  Overall im feeling much stronger even though im still somewhat weak from being sick.
