(DelawhereDave)</title><description>  Hey everyone! &lt;br&gt;   I'm 23 years old and ~140 lbs and I've been weight training for about 3 years and I'm looking to gain some good lean muscle. &lt;br&gt;   I've seen quite a few good reviews on San V12 Turbo so I'm thinking about switching to San V12 Turbo. &lt;br&gt;   I'm interested in the basics--creatine and protein but I'm not really sure what else to take with and when. &lt;br&gt;   I was thinking Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey cause I've taken that before and it tastes pretty damn good. &lt;br&gt;    &lt;br&gt;   Here are my thoughts: &lt;br&gt;   6:30 San V12 Turbo &lt;br&gt;   7:00 Breakfast &lt;br&gt;   10:30 Protein Shake &lt;br&gt;   1:30 Lunch  &lt;br&gt;   3:00 San V12 Turbo &lt;br&gt;   6:00 Protein Shake? &lt;br&gt;   6:30 Workout &lt;br&gt;   7:30 Protein Shake &lt;br&gt;   8:00 Dinner &lt;br&gt;    &lt;br&gt;   How does that sound?&amp;nbsp; I'm open to suggestions and other supplements so feel free to throw me some suggestions. &lt;br&gt;   Thanks a bunch! &lt;br&gt;    &lt;br&gt;   -Dave &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=83995</link><pubDate>Thu, 13 Oct 2005 19:53:09 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
