I have always said I would never take creatine, but I have still thought about taking it. I read the complete guide that is stickied and it said it was completely healthy so I thought maybe I might try it. However the the forums said that the monohydrate creatine that the complete guide talked about are a waste of money and instead I should use somethign like BSN CellMass. I am really considering that, but then I went to the teen forum (I am 17) and I saw that most people there discouraged taking any creatine. So now I am completely confused again.

Should I take it? Right now I am just using whey protein before bed, and N-Large after my workout. I also take a multi-vitamin an a multi-ammino acid pill however I am planning on stopping the amino acids when I run out. I also am planning on starting the max-ot plan this weekend. If I do use creatine should i use the monohydrate like the complete guide reccommended or should i use BSN CellMass. And if I use CellMass, can I only take one serving a day since two feels like too much.

Thank you very much
