(Supraman)</title><description>  Depends on your bodyweight. I usually just take 1 gram of&amp;nbsp;protein per pound of weight. Example: I am 180 pounds so&amp;nbsp;I usually take&amp;nbsp;2 servings before&amp;nbsp;I workout, Sip on&amp;nbsp;1 serving as I workout, 2 servings after I workout (within 1 hour) and 2 servings before I go to bed (becuase of the anabolic creatine it has in it). which adds up to 160 grams of protein that stuff is expensive so i dont worry about getting exactly 180 I just save the rest. On non workout days I just take 1 serving before i go to bed.
