To get the vascularity you want, you MUST lower your bodyfat levels (through cardio and diet) to at least 10%. I think 8-9% is the best. My bf is currently around 16 % but vascularity is minimal, and I cant get the veins down my Biceps. i was wondering if the BF is still to high, But I know people whos BF is higher than mine.
