I'm just getting back into muscle building after a year of cardio and weight lose training. While cardio training I stayed off of supplements other than protein. I've been back muscle training for a month and started taking Ripped Fuel Extreme for added energy. I want to increase muscle size so I went into the nutrition store and they recommended NO Xplode. Is it safe and effective to take these together? I tried both today and didn't feel any different. Come to think about it, I never actually felt or saw&amp;nbsp;any effects from Ripped Fuel alone. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  A couple of facts about my routine: &lt;br&gt;  I'm on the Max OT workout. I'm not on a strict diet. I just watch what I eat a little closer, but still like occasioanl breads, pizza,&amp;nbsp;beer, and cookies (the good stuff). I work-out 5 days a week and do 20mins of cardio plus weights everyday. (I take the weekends off).  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  My goal: &lt;br&gt;  I'm not really trying to compete, get abs of steal, or have &amp;gt;10% BF.
