(fondo)</title><description>  so i just recently started working out, but im not really trying to get "built" im more looking into getting seriously cut so i just wanted to run some stuff by you guys to see if this is a good workout plan  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  my workout schedule consists of  &lt;br&gt;  M: Chest, Abs  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="times new roman"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;T: Biceps, Abs&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="times new roman"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;W: Legs, Abs&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="times new roman"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;T: Back, Abs&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="times new roman"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;F: Shoulders, Triceps&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="times new roman"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;S: Rest&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="times new roman"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;S: Rest&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="times new roman"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="times new roman"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;as for my diet it goes a bit like this&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="times new roman"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="times new roman"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;Breakfast: Protein shake with fruit&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="times new roman"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;folowed by an hour of working out&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="times new roman"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;snack: a head of lettuce&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="times new roman"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;lunch: protein shake&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="times new roman"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;snack2:celery&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="times new roman"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;dinner: whatever is for dinner?
