(Guest)</title><description>  Here is the deal. My diet has been the following for the last 2 months. All though I have gotten leaner and stronger I can' t seem to put on the weight. Here is a short breakdown. Any suggestion would be great! &lt;br&gt;  Meal 1 MRP, 2 scoops of isopure and 1 cup of unsweeted frozen strwberries. &lt;br&gt;  Meal 2 Mrp , 2 scoops of isopure , and 1 seriving of lite whip cream. &lt;br&gt;  Meals 3 1 chicken breast, 2 scoops of isopure , 1 bowl of greens with 1 tablespoon of flax. ! med size sweet potatoe. &lt;br&gt;  Meal 4 same as meal 2. &lt;br&gt;  Meal 5 mrp , 4 oz of salmon . bowl of greens with flax oil. &lt;br&gt;  Meals 6 same as meal 2. &lt;br&gt;  Know I was gaining a few pounds then I got sick. While sick I only lost 2 pounds.
