﻿<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><rss version="2.0"><channel><title>Nitro Pankcakes</title><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/</link><description /><copyright>(c) DiscussBodybuilding.com</copyright><ttl>30</ttl><item><title> Nitro Pankcakes (BlueNitro)</title><description>  These pancakes are my own creation....enjoy&lt;img src="http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/upfiles/smiley/s2.gif" alt="" /&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;br&gt;   1/2 cup wheat flour &lt;br&gt;   2 egg whites &lt;br&gt;   1/3 cup 2% milk &lt;br&gt;   14g(1/2 oz or 1/2 scoop of scooper that comes in protein mix) Wheat Bran &lt;br&gt;   1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder &lt;br&gt;   1 tsp vanilla extract &lt;br&gt;   1 tsp baking soda &lt;br&gt;   1 banana &lt;br&gt;    &lt;br&gt;    &lt;br&gt;   Mash banana in bowl.  &lt;br&gt;   Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in another bowl.  &lt;br&gt;   Add wheat flour, wheat bran, baking soda and banana to the bowl with eggs, milk and vanilla, and whisk until fully mixed and smooth. &lt;br&gt;   You may need to add a small amount of water it it's too thick. Just add water until you reach desired thickness. &lt;br&gt;   Let sit for a couple of minutes then cook on griddle or skillet like you do normally with pancakes. &lt;br&gt;    &lt;br&gt;    &lt;br&gt;   Makes 2-3 servings. &lt;br&gt;    &lt;br&gt;   Nutritional info for entire batch.
